 Returns Plus

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Disappointing

The frida decorations that fit onto the lights don’t fit properly and keep slipping off. Think i can sort it with a glue gun but it should fit properly in the first place. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

Bought these as a gift so I can only comment on the price (decent enough), delivery times (excellent) and that these lights look fantastic. I've not tested them yet, as I don't want to damage the packaging, but tbh even if they don't, they'll still make s fabulous adornment.
